TiN

Teer Coatings' Titanium Nitride (TiN) coating is a high-performance surface treatment applied through advanced PVD magnetron sputtering technology which creates a coating without droplets. TiN enhances the hardness and wear resistance of components, extending their lifespan and improving performance in demanding applications. This thin film coating, with its gold appearance, is known for preventing tool galling, and providing excellent adhesion. TiN is widely utilized in the industrial sector for optimizing durability and efficiency in various manufacturing processes.

Low Temp TiN

CrN
